Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 12, 2026.  Last updated: June 12, 2026.

The short version

We collect only what we need to respond to you and run the site. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising. Confidential information about your business belongs in an engagement governed by a signed agreement, not in a website form. The detail is below.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Kairos Meridian LLC (“Kairos Meridian,” “we,” “us”), 8 Wolcott Drive, Millstone Township, New Jersey 08510. For any privacy question, contact legal@kairosmeridian.us.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide: when you contact us or submit a form, we collect your name, email address, company, and anything you choose to include in your message.

Information collected automatically: like most websites, we collect limited technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and similar usage information — through cookies and analytics. See our Cookie Notice.

Please don’t send sensitive personal data or confidential commercial information through the site. See section 4.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries and provide our services; to manage and develop our relationship with you and your organization; to operate, secure, and improve the site; and to meet legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations. We do not use your information for third-party advertising, and we do not sell it.

4. Confidential business information

Kairos Meridian advises clients on sensitive commercial matters. Confidential information is exchanged only under a signed engagement agreement or non-disclosure agreement — never through this website. Anything submitted through the site before such an agreement is in place is treated as non-confidential. This protects both you and the firm’s independence.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the site and the business — for example hosting, CRM, eMail, and analytics providers — under contract; and with authorities or advisors where required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your U.S. privacy rights

If you’re a resident of California or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law — for example Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, or Utah — you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to access or delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information.

To exercise any right, contact legal@kairosmeridian.us; we may need to verify your identity first. We won’t discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

9. Children

The site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 13. Consistent with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we don’t knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above reflects the latest version, and material changes will be noted on this page.
